  • Our Integration Management Support (IMO) will run with the project management of the integration, with functional teams focused on efforts developing integration work plans and execution of integration activities.  We help your organization to develop future state operating models to outline the combined company organization, processes and systems to align to a scalable and efficient go-forward state
